Film shooters know how difficult it can be to achieve accurate colour when scanning. With our advanced colour calibration methods, you can be sure our scans will match the colour of your original. We use targets made by HutchColor, makers of the best targets available. The 6x7 targets cost upwards of $600.

The scanning target is used to correct the colours of the scanner. Each swatch on the scanned file is compared to lab measurements taken of the target, correcting the colours of the scanner to be as accurate as possible. The result is images that look just like the originals on the light table.
