Colour Negatives:

As we hand-invert colour negatives, there is a small charge associated with this. If you would prefer to receive raw, uninverted scans, please let us know and we will scan them as such.

Turnaround Time:

We will usually have your scans done within 10 business days, but we guarantee within 20 business days. If you wish to have a very fast turnaround time, please contact us and we can offer you an urgent rate.

Retrieving Your Scans:

Scans can either be sent using an online file transfer service, or copied onto a USB Drive. There is no charge for this if you supply your own drive. Please contact us if you need to purchase a USB Drive for image retrieval.

Roll Film:

Roll film strips should be cut to the single frame that needs to be scanned. If you prefer to keep your strips uncut, a surcharge of 20% per un-scanned image will be added.

35mm Slides:

Please note that slides in holders will need to be removed. If the film came from a reusable plastic type holder, we will attempt to re-install the film in the original holder. Cardboard holders cannot be reused as they are damaged in the removal process.
